National Cooperative Credit Union
National Co-operative Credit Union required direction in developing a new overall brand strategy. With the help of Signature Group, CUBE and key members of the organization, the strategy and marketing initiatives were launched to better communicate NCCU’s financial product and service offering and establish a positive brand perception across Dominica.
The change introduced a new brand image, along with the development of a branch office building that served as the blueprint for the delivery of its exciting credit union experience throughout all of the NCCU branches across the island.
NCCU provides financial services to enrich the lives of the communities they serve. They have set a positive example as a socially responsible institution that is inclusive, transparent, accountable, believes in the co-operative system, and is a leader in educating that community towards their goals of financial sustainability.
