Tenaris

TENARIS is a global leader in the fabrication of welded and seamless steel tubular products for the oil and gas industry. A VIP launch event and plant tour for an audience of 400 guests at their new consolidated Canadian operations, required our logistics expertise and supplier network. We managed the event and developed a variety of physical media in collaboration with TENARIS.

Our role included everything from event planning, site preparation and setup, wayfinding logistics, all technical requirements (staging, lighting, sound and video), menu selection, catering & hospitality, and transportation to ensure all guests were taken care of throughout the tour.
