Desjardins is the largest association of credit unions in North America. With locations primarily in Quebec, this large co-operative financial institution wanted to extend their reach by launching a national initiative aimed at Credit Unions across Canada.
The challenge was to increase awareness and change the perception of Desjardins being a large entity looking for control, to a co-operative solutions provider for Credit Unions, by sharing the resources available from their large-scale network.
The development of a branded presentation and sales package, along with increased visibility and presence at the majority of Credit Union events and conferences to reinforce the message of interco-operation amongst Credit Unions was the priority.
We designed an extensive services binder which offered maximum flexibility for sales teams, allowing them to easily package information specific to their client needs. Each service was clearly colour coded and marked and accounted for with a small primer booklet of general service information. Pocketed sleeves for adding quotes, correspondence and information were inserted.
A custom 20 foot trade show display with industrial trussing, backlit graphics and an overhead canopy served as an impressive backdrop and meeting area for use during trade shows, events and conferences.
Desjardins brand awareness outside of their territories grew at a rapid rate with a solid offering anchored by these carefully crafted marketing materials. With increased visibility and presence at trade shows, events and conferences geared towards Credit Unions, Desjardins made great strides in altering their image as a Quebec-centric institution to a national solutions provider for credit unions across Canada.
